Zetta 4.0 Refines Radio Automation
(White Plains, NY) August 29, 2016 – RCS, the world’s largest broadcast software company, has announced the latest upgrades and improvements to its award winning automation/playout system, Zetta.
Automation on the run
Zetta 4.0 expands its feature set once again. Zetta2GO now incorporates even more modules for use in remote environments. The newly added Library module allows the user to browse the media assets of the system and associate them to a position in the log or on the Hot Key grid as needed.
Smarter Voice Tracking
Voice Tracking has been enhanced to allow for adding beds or other assets to the voice track recording. One click can start a live drop bed and begin the voice track recording and then automatically fade out the bed once recording has stopped. Studio quality voice tracks are now available from your laptop or mobile device.
Better Stretch & Squeeze
While Zetta has always been able to relay stretch and squeeze data for spot block lengths from the master to slave (split) stations, now Zetta has the ability to up the game and provide reverse length information to the master station. This means spot block sizing can be driven by the most sold out break, rather than just the size of the master log break.
Tighter Integration
As with prior configurations, Zetta will use its integrated tool sets to stretch, squeeze and fill across all affiliated breaks to ensure perfect spot break playback on all (master and split) station logs. Dial up the power further by combining GSelector with Zetta on under- scheduled logs. With true scheduling intelligence, let GSelector schedule in additional material rather than an arbitrary fill category list to create a coherent yet dynamic log.
