Another Thursday, another RCS Questions and Answers in a Time of Remote Workflows. This time around, we answered a collection of user-driven questions, including auditioning in Zetta, “Not Coded” in GSelector, and a refresher on the Zetta2GO and Selector2GO remote workflows.
After we did a review of scheduling a log in Selector2GO, massaging a log in the Editor, seeing the changes in Zetta and adding audio into Zetta2GO, we focused on “Not Coded” attributes in GSelector. If you have a lot of attributes in GSelector that aren’t properly coded, they’ll get a tag of “Not Coded,” which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, especially if you’re not including that attribute’s Spread Goal in the Priority List. If you are calling for a Spread Goal, then GSelector will treat “Not Coded” as a value to count towards the scoring process.
We went over quick fixes on how to use Browse List and GSelector Legacy Library Browse settings to isolate “Not Coded” elements and then properly define/fix that attribute. We also went over how to Audition audio in Zetta2GO, including hiding the Audition player at the bottom of your Zetta2GO.
