Selector2Go™ comes to Vegas
RCS announced today that it will unveil a brand new Internet-based multi-platform scheduler called Selector2Go. This new paradigm puts the powerful Selector and GSelector scheduling engine in the hands of radio programmers no matter where they want to schedule. Taking cues from RCS’ rich heritage of Selector 12-type menus, while still maintaining a clean modern look, the new Selector2Go delivers a powerful, easy-to-use interface. Now programmers can check back from anywhere on those extended schedules they started before they left the office.
The world’s largest broadcast software company will show the first professional commercial Internet based scheduler at the Spring NAB convention in Las Vegas – April 16 – 19, 2012.
Philippe Generali, President and CEO of the broadcasting software leader, said: “The world is mobile. Radio is mobile. Of course the programmer of today wants to be able to work on logs, make changes and schedule music from anywhere. Selector2Go will deliver that functionality to a smart phone, a tablet or a computer with a Mac or PC operating system. This is a big step forward for radio programmers everywhere.”
