GSelector Version 3.12 perfect for programmers
RCS announced the release of GSelector 3.12 adding several new enhancements to the world’s first patented goal scheduler including: multiple database access, hour and depth search, interactive history maps and user defined support in the web service.
NEW to GSelector 3.12:
Work with multiple GSelector databases
You can now add additional multi-station databases to your system via Data Exchange or the Restore function. When more than one database is present, you can easily and quickly access any of them. You can also edit, delete or unregister your databases.
Hour Next Due and Search Depth
This is a sharp double-edged feature. First it provides an alternate scheduling methodology that is hour-centric, meaning greater emphasis is placed on overall hour rotation. Second, it provides finer scheduling control with the introduction of a Search Depth setting.
Interactive History Maps
All History Maps in GSelector now provide access to the Editor when double-clicking a date and time cell. Double-click the plot of a song, link or note in the Editor’s History Map to immediately jump to that schedule instance.
User Defined Support in the Import/Export Web Service
Designed to complement the integration between RCS’s GSelector and SmartRipper, the feature is also available to third-party developers who use the GSelector Import/Export Web Service. New methods allow web service developers to get or set the name of any user-defined attribute.
