About the role
A unique opportunity exists to join the RCS Australia Support Team. We are looking for a customer driven person to service our ever-increasing number of clients using our best of breed commercial scheduling software – Aquira. This full-time role will utilise your communication and customer service skills to effectively provide support for our clients.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Evaluate, prioritise, and provide technical support for incoming requests made via telephone and email
- Provide 24/7 emergency support at least once per month as part of an on-call rota
- Computer System Administration
- Installation and training of RCS software products
- Based in Sydney with some inter-state travel
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in the radio industry highly desirable
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Effective written and oral communicator
- Experience with service desk support processes and management
- Use of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows operating systems
