New to Zetta 4.0, we have added a System Monitor module to Zetta2Go. This can be used to monitor all of your radio stations in one view, as well as to look at other system attributes such as DB size, Content store status and available space.
For the station status, you can see progress bars of playing items for all stations, you can see at a glance if a station is not running for some reason, look at Gap times at a glance, really just a great one stop shop for the system administrator to observe the health of the system.
We are presently looking for Zetta 4.0 beta clients as we embark on this new version in beta now. If you are interested, contact your local RCS support representatives and let us know.
Another recent feature is Shows. Shows is a great way to create evergreen content for repurposing.
Here I am showing a new show on the left, that I simply dragged a block of content from a log into. You can have already recorded voicetracks, or you can choose to voicetrack directly INTO a Show if you like.
This show then lives in the Library and can be played in the log or hotkey just like any other asset. Like a Spot Block, it has an “expander” (small +/-) that allows you to see what is inside the show. As changes are made to the show in the Library, they will be made to the show up to the point that the show begins playing, at which point the contents are locked down for that play.
The second image shows a future play of a show, with the contents expanded. You can see the runtime is for the entire Show.
