Part of the Aquira’s beauty is that users can truly customize their traffic experience. From creating unique attributes and applying them throughout the program, why not isolate that attribute? For this video, we outlined Aquira Products, where users can find them, how to create them and how to add unique separation. This allows users a greater control with scheduling and reporting.
Let’s start where users can find Products. Initially, when a Sales Representative creates a new Client, they can add a default Product that will be used throughout the Aquira workflow, specifying overrides along the way. The proposal will inherit the Client’s default product, including after the contract approval process. Then, from the contract perspective, each individual contract can be overwritten or each individual spotline can also be overridden.
Where do we create new Products? That’s as simple as going to Setup | Products. Use the “New” icon to create a new product, providing a Short Name and a Long Name, and that product is now available throughout Aquira. While you’re still working within Setup, head to the Setup | Station | Select Your Station | Separation subtab to create a new product separation. Select the product you don’t want to schedule back-to-back and define a time, like 0:00:00. Don’t forget, if you are oversold, Aquira features specific overrides to allow your separation to schedule and bill accordingly. We highly encourage you to evolve your product list, just be careful not to include too many specific products, like US Department Stores and International Department Stores.
Don’t forget to check out past Aquira videos and more on our RCS Live Archive. Otherwise, we’re always looking for Beta users to test out the latest and greatest RCS features. We’re also back on the road for 2023. If you’re going to attend one of the radio conferences, reach out to your local RCS contract to schedule some time with our RCS Academy team! We’ll catch you next Thursday at 11am ET on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter or Twitch for another RCS Live!
